In 2014, Wicked Weed rose above the competition to take a bronze medal at the international World Beer Cup. The award, bringing further recognition of Wicked Weed and the Asheville region, was the first of many accolades to come.

Among the brewery’s year-round selection are two of their most popular beer, Freak of Nature and Pernicious IPA. The first a double IPA, weighing in at 8.6% abv, is an intensely hoppy work of art. While Pernicious IPA is a West Coast style beer that seamlessly blends the best of Cascade, Citra, and Centennial hops. Those looking for something different should also appreciate their Farmhouse Ale, French Saison.
